"Good products, but the ordering process was frustrating"
I was interested in ordering because the products looked good, but the website made the whole process harder than it needed to be. Some pages loaded strangely, the cart was annoying to deal with, and I felt like I had to click around way too much just to figure things out. I can see the potential, but the site definitely needs to be smoother and easier to use.

"Perfect for a Beach Day"
Took my Kanga cooler to the beach and, this thing worked way better than I expected. Drinks stayed cold for hours even while it was sitting out in the damn sun. I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of ice like an idiot or deal with that soggy cooler mess afterward. It’s a simple setup, but it does exactly what I needed. Super happy with how cold everything stayed.

The cooler does its job well enough, so I can’t really complain about that. But carrying it around is kind of annoying. It feels bulkier in person than it looked on the website, and once it’s full, the handle isn’t very comfortable at all. It’s okay for quick little trips, but I definitely wouldn’t want to haul it very far again.

"Wouldn’t Order Again Unless Packaging Improves"
Bottom line: I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously fix the packaging. The cooler arrived in this thin box with barely any padding, and it looked like it had been sliding around the whole way here. It was dusty and had scuffs on the side, so nothing about it felt protected. For the price I paid, I expected way better

I was disappointed with this. I filled it with cold drinks in the morning, and by just a few hours later they were already getting warm. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but I did think it would keep things cold for at least half the day

Well... I’ve used my Kanga cooler for a couple tailgates now, and it’s been really convenient. I like that I don’t have to mess with bags of ice or drag around a heavy hard cooler. It kept our drinks cold through pregame and even while we hung around afterward. It also fits in the car easily, which is a big plus when space is already packed. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I wish it had a little more room for bigger groups, but for a small crew it works great

"Not worth the hassle"
I tried to exchange it and ended up getting ignored for days. whoever runs this needs to get it together because the whole experience was frustrating and not worth it.

"Decent for drinks, but not great at stopping leaks"
I bought this thinking it would keep water from getting all over the place, but once the ice started melting, mine still leaked a bit. Was it pouring out everywhere? No. But was it enough to soak part of my back seat and annoy me? Definitely. Maybe I just got a bad one, but the seal doesn’t feel very tight. It looks fine and holds drinks okay, but wasn’t leak prevention the whole point? For the price, I expected better, so I can’t say I’m too happy with it.

"Good Quality, But I Kept Noticing the Prices"
I had a decent experience with Kangacoolers overall. The stuff seems well made, and little details like the stitching, zipper feel, and how sturdy the cooler material is made it feel like the quality is there. That said, I found myself double-checking the prices a few times because some items felt fair, while others seemed just a bit higher than I expected. Not a bad shop at all, I just wish there were more discounts or bundle deals to make it feel like a better value

"Works fine, but cleaning is a hassle"
The cooler does its job well, but cleaning it is kind of annoying. The inside corners are hard to wipe out, and smells seem to stick around unless I scrub it about a couple of times. I was hoping it would be more of a quick rinse-and-go thing, but not really. It’s okay overall, just not the best if you use it a lot

I’m particular about comfort, and this has been good so far. It’s light enough that it doesn’t feel like a hassle to carry around, and the straps feel okay on my shoulders. Nothing fancy, but it meets my usual standard for everyday use.

My cooler showed up quickly, which I appreciated. One of the colors was wrong, though, and while it’s not the end of the world, it was still a little frustrating. I feel like it’s just basic courtesy to make sure people get what they actually ordered

"So Much Less Condensation!"
I’m so happy with this cooler! Compared to my old one, there’s way less condensation, which feels like a tiny miracle because I was so tired of dealing with water everywhere. It’s been such a relief, and I’m really glad I got it.
